CONDO APARTAMENTS “ROSAS DE NAYON” IN QUITO-ECUADOR
This architectural project is characterized by a careful integration with the exceptional environment of the Nayón Valley, taking into account both the climate and the rich surrounding vegetation. The priority in landscape preservation is reflected in the implementation of design strategies aimed at maximizing energy efficiency and minimizing the environmental footprint through the incorporation of eco-friendly elements.
The layout of spaces has been meticulously planned, considering solar orientation to optimize natural light entry and promote cross ventilation. Two strategically located internal courtyards promote a habitable and sustainable environment, creating harmony between architecture and the surrounding nature.
The three-story building houses a total of 12 three-bedroom apartments. The equitable distribution of four apartments per floor, with a centralized elevator system, ensures an efficient and accessible layout. Taking advantage of the uneven terrain, a basement for parking with a capacity for 25 cars is incorporated, enhancing the functionality of the project.
To enhance the residents' quality of life, the design includes green areas, gardens, and accessible terraces. These amenities not only contribute to the comfort of the inhabitants but also enhance the overall aesthetics of the project, providing a balance between functionality and aesthetics.
